I am an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and hold the Innovation Chair in Electronic Commerce. Since 2009, I’ve been the Director of the Centre for Innovation Law and Policy. 

My research over the last few years has focused on various topics involving the law and economics of intellectual property law, and how intellectual property law interacts with other regulatory frameworks such as competition law and pharmaceutical regulation. 

I usually teach the following courses: Intellectual Property: Copyright, Patent and Trademark Law; Competition Law and Intellectual Property; and Cyberlaw.
