About
I am an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and hold the Innovation Chair in Electronic Commerce. Since 2009, I’ve been the Director of the Centre for Innovation Law and Policy. I received my LL.B. and LL.M from Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and my SJD from the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. My general area of research involves economic analysis of competition law and intellectual property law, with allied interests in electronic commerce, the regulation of international trade and particularly the intersection of all these fields.
